Illumin8
Illumin8 is our parish youth group for teenagers aged 13 to 18 from the colleges and the parish. We are recognised as a Life Teen parish, integrating Life Teen resources into our weekly activities so young people and their families can grow in a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church.
We gather every Sunday evening in school term from 6:30pm–8:30pm at St Joseph’s Church Hall. Many come to 5:30pm Mass first. The evening includes dinner, games, and a Life Night exploring a series each term. Once a month we host a Social Night — bowling, karaoke, movie nights, game nights and more.
Youth Masses & more
We host Youth Masses on the second and last Sunday of each month, offer Youth Alpha in secondary schools, provide sacramental programmes for teenagers, and run an annual retreat and camp — giving every young person a place to belong and thrive.
